Physis nace en Dénia (Alicante), como una formación de rock -metal progresivo en el año 2004, compuesto originalmente por Vicent Català (batería), José Miguel Crespo (bajo), Alberto Tenreiro (guitarra) y Toni Uceda (voz). En 2006 se disuelven, pero en 2011,Vicente y Alberto deciden retomar el proyecto y ofrecen participar esta vez como bajista a Omar Laqdiem , Javier Server como vocalista,
